I successfully implemented your Slider and I really like it !!!

One feature I would like to implement is a very slight zooming or moving of the image, like you can see it here:
or here in Flash:

Is it possible to implement this?

Such type of transition is called Ken Burns Effect, here is similar question - http://help.dimsemenov.com/discussions/suggestions/55-ken-burns-effect

If you really-really need this feature, consider implementing it just via CSS transitions, here is a few examples of implementation - http://codepen.io/mj/pen/rIBpt

Thank you for your information. Even if its resource intense, our client really wants it and in Switzerland we generally have good internet connections (consider to turn it off for mobile devices)
CSS3 transition just isnt' running in the browsers we need.

As I guess you have to have some experience to implement it properly, is it possible to get it implemented by your staff and pay for the expenses?
If yes, what would it cost?

Sorry, I don't take any custom work. But average frontend web developer should be able to implement this, consider looking for devs on sites like Odesk.
