GDPR and youtube

Since GDPR it would be great to use instead of to embed the video.
And if the youtube-preview-image could be preloaded and cached on my own webhsot, so that no access to youtube is necessary by the browser, until the user wants to watch the video.

    You may modify YouTube embed code via video.youTubeCode option for example:

    video: {
      youTubeCode: '<iframe src="" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>'
