Top padding/margin won't go away!

Hi, I recently installed Royal Slider, and everything works great, except that there is padding of about 10px on the top that won't go away no matter what I do (i have marked it on the attached image with a red overlay). It has nothing to do with the positioning of the images/blocks (when I add a -10px top or margin-top property, the images/blocks get cut-off under this padding). I have been going through the CSS files, but haven't been able to find the cause.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Please provide link to page with slider and I'll take a look what's wrong.

    Thanks,

Ok. I will have to do that later, I am working on a local installation of WP. I found a workaround for now.

Can I ask what the work around you found is? I'm having the same issue!

@jason.stein, such type of margin generally comes from theme parent container or previous element, make sure there is a space between it and the slider.

It could also be related to image scale mode http://help.dimsemenov.com/kb/royalslider-jquery-plugin-faq/how-to-...
