we have happily used your slider for a couple of years now, but are migrating to Wordpress. We want to continue to use the slider and want to purchase the Wordpress version. But first we need to know. What would be involved with migrating the html code over from our current pages to the wordpress version. Is it a simple copy/paste, or would we have to input and configure from scratch?

You'll need to reconfigure everything. In WP version the slider markup and options are generated based on options that you defined in the admin area.
