I'm using Royalslider paired with NextGen and everything is up to date. I recently noticed galleries we're not loading on iOS tablets and mobile. After multiple tests I found activating lazy and the issue resolved.

However, when the galleries first load, the first image within each gallery is not resizing to fit within the slider.
• Rotate the device and force a refresh, the first slide resizes.
• Scroll through several slides and go back to the beginning, the the first slide displays as expected.

Your input would is greatly appreciated

Try updating the plugin, there was an update yesterday that fixed dragging issue.

    Hey Dmitry,

Looks like this issue has resurfaced. Our plugins are up to date but again, on initial load the photos are larger than the bounding container. Please take a look at our gallery section and let me know what you think.

    Thank you

I don't see anything special on my test devices, with the same iOS version, on the page that you linked ( . Can you elaborate more regarding what exactly is wrong? Do you expect the gallery to appear only after the images are loaded?

Try increasing Slides to preload option in Misc section to at least 1.

Attached image (screen shot 2019-06-28) shows current "Slides to preload" setting.

    On previously identified devices:
    1. the initial load of the first image does not scale the image to fit within the containing element. (nies1a or nies2a)
    2. When the device is rotated 90 degrees to landscape the image then scales to fit within the containing element. (nies1b or nies2b)
    3. Then, rotating 90 degrees back to portrait will scale the image to the containing element. (nies1c or nies2c)

I managed to reproduce on , I was checking just your homepage previously.

It seems there is some kind of third-party script that modifies image after it is loaded. Have you installed or updated some new plugin or theme recently? Try to temporarily deactivate other plugins and switch to the default theme, especially those that might lazy-load or "optimize" pages.

    Hey Dmitry,

I'm awaiting client feedback, but with your input I believe I may have resolved the issue. I believe the display issue was a result of an optimization setting in Cloudflare, a cache hosting service.

Could you please revisit the gallery page and check the display on your devices? You may have to refresh the page after it loads. I'll report back once I get a response from my client.

    Thank you
