Unable to update to latest version.
Currently running New RoyalSlider version 3.1.9
It was included as a package by the developers of our theme "Angry Ideas"
As a result after updating Wordpress from version 3.8 to 4.9 the plugin has ceased to function.
Clicking the "Check for updates" link, it reports "This plugin is up to date."

If a plugin is bundled within a team - updates are handled by a theme developer. Alternatively, you may purchase RoyalSlider and you'll be able to download the latest version from CodeCanyon.

I have the RoyalSlider plugin for WP (purchased separately) version 3.1.9 installed on my WP site. After migrating of my site to a PHP 7.2 server, I wanted to update the plugin, but after clicking "Check for updates", WP will tell me "This plugin is up to date." On your site you are writing that the current version is 3.3.8. It's alright?

    • To make auto-update feature work - enter purchase code on RoyalSlider Settings page.
    • Some servers might block external requests, in this case, you'll need either to whitelist server. Or update slider manually by replacing files via FTP (in wp-content/plugins).
