    Hello,

It seems slider is trying to load images via a secure protocol (https), were you trying to setup it recently?

Try disabling caching (set cache refresh time to 0 on RoyalSlider Settings page).

I built the site, I have not looked at the site for a long time since
handing off to the client which is a non profit and does not pay for
    support.
I did set cache to 0. I did not see a change.
I do think at some point the site had a SSL cert and was https. It probably
    should have one I think.
Any ideas on why it would try to load local images as https?

The slideshow works on my side at http://cea4autism.org/services/ now.

Hard to tell, the plugin uses default WP functions to retrieve image URLs. You may keep cache at 0, it does not have high-performance impact if you have low/medium traffic.
