Slider not rendering properly

When I access a web page directly through it's URL it renders fine. When I access the page via a button or link I keep running into rendering issues, sometimes it just doesn't render the slider at all. Here is links to the two pages I'm talking about

If on the index page (below) and click on 'navigation' then 'admissions' - the admissions page slider doesn't render.

If you're on the admissions page (link below) and click on the home button in the upper left hand corner, the slider on the index page doesn't render.

Can you help me fix?

You shouldn't listen for document.ready() in jquery mobile, as it fires once when page loads, and this page may not be page with slider.

Slider initialization code just never fires.

I tried initializing the slider by using'pageinit') and it works much better on iPhone but I'm still having rendering issues in Chrome and Android. It renders the slider but it seems like some attributes of the slider are skipped because it won't display text / images at the size specified and won't render the auto height correctly.

If I resize the browser window in Chrome desktop for whatever reason it fixes and renders correctly.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Again, if slider shrinks it means that slider cannot be calculated because it's hidden when initialized. Read more here -
