Changing Simple Vertical Slider's "Fit" Background Color

Q) I can't seem to change the Simple Vertical Slider's "fit" background color of #151515 to #000000 no matter what I do. Matter of fact, if I change all the CSS colors everywhere -- nothing seems to change anywhere. What's up?

A) Found it! Had to go into rs-default.css and add "!important;" to: background: #000000;

Q) When do I have to "force" things to happen in RoyalSlider? I haven't even added it to a hostile webpage environment yet. Still experimenting with original downloaded files and your default file structure within the SImple Vertical Slider Template provided. I'm doing nothing tricky at all. I don't even know how to do tricky. ;-)

Hope this helps out someone like me.

    You don't need to force anything via !important. Just open skin CSS file that you're using (in your case rs-default.css) and you'll find background option at 20th line (see attached file.

    Slider doesn't use any special tags that may be already styled (except img), so if you put slider on styled website 9 times out of 10 everything will work correctly.
