DEEP LINKING: User hover on thumbnails instead of click?

How could I set the thumbnails to be controlled by hover rather then on click to change the slide?

Also what I want it to do is just default to slider #1 when an item is not being hovered.

    There is no such option right now, you'll have to implement it by yourself using slider API.
