Disable click transition?

Quick question really. I copied the slider-in-laptop demo and made a few tweaks so I now have this.

$('#photos .slider').royalSlider({
    autoHeight: false,
    arrowsNav: false,
    fadeinLoadedSlide: false,
    controlNavigationSpacing: 0,
    //imageScaleMode: 'fill',
    loop: false,
    loopRewind: false,
    numImagesToPreload: 6,
    keyboardNavEnabled: true,
    autoScaleSlider: true,
    autoScaleSliderWidth: $(window).width(),
    autoScaleSliderHeight: $(window).height()

This works fine. The problem is when a click event happens I do not want the image to transition. On my slideshow the navigation is hidden and you click to toggle the navigation. You then swipe to transition between the images. How can I disable the single click transition while preserving the swipe?
