merging animated block with deep linking

I'm having trouble adding animated blocks to the deep linking code: What I want to achieve can be seen here on slide 2:

This is the deeplinks HTML I'm working with the animated blocks are not being styled or positioned? :

I've modified the code so the img tags are not thumbnails but the actual full size images.
Please see HTML attached if required.

Also is there a way of neatly removing the thumbnail gallery from the deeplinks HTM template? Can it be turned off in the jQuery?
Just done a quick display:none job on it and width:0px;.

Figured out the turning off thumbnails modifying the jquery:
    controlNavigation: 'bullets', thumbsFitInViewport: false,

Slider simple displays HTML content. Your links are on top just because you haven't styled them.

Thanks Dmitry, got it all working now -

Designed this site for the iPad so it can be shown in an exhibition.
Saved us going down the App route.
