Add youtube video into Royal Slider Gallery.

I figured out how to combine images and video into the Royal Slider Gallery. However I'm missing something as the Play arrow on the video is missing. Does anyone know what I need to add to fix this.

Here is what I have so you can see it. Slide 3 of the Eiffel Tower is my test image.
