Navigation inside animated block

Is it possible to add navigation (specifically a "next" button) to content inside the slider?

The reason being I would like the user to read the animated block and then click the "next" button I have created inside that block, rather than using the slider's main navigation at the bottom right of the image.

If this is possible, how would I mark this up?

Cheers
Jed

    $('#button').click(function() { $('.royalSlider').royalSlider('next'); } );
