Hi
I just bought RoyalSlider and I'm playing a bit around for a project. Now I want the gallery-template to show the captions which was easy (globalCaption:true). But unfortunately it shows the caption under the slider. Can this be changed that it's displayed on top of the large image to which it belongs?

Thanks in advance!

  1. How to position thumbnails, tabs or bullets above the slider?

    Reorder navigation element via jQuery after slider is initialized, e.g.:

    jQuery(document).ready(function($) {
        // initialize slider
        // $('.royalSlider').royalSlider( ... options ...);

        // reposition nav, you can use this trick to reposition any RoyalSlider controls and anywhere you wish
        var slider = $('.royalSlider');
        slider.prepend(slider.find('.rsNav'));
    });

    Solved! May be you should add "captions" to your FAQ article "How to position thumbnails, tabs or bullets above the slider?"

    Just move caption via jQuery, after slider initialization. e.g.

    jQuery('.rsGCaption').appendTo('.new-container');
